Mine Processing Plant
- The project starts with a feasibility study to assess viability through geological, mineral, and economic analyses. Based on these results, a conceptual design is created to outline plant configuration and requirements.
- Engineering: Basic and detailed engineering develops the complete facility design, including flowsheets, P&IDs, equipment specs, safety, environmental, and civil considerations. Auxiliary systems like offices and utilities are also planned.
- Procurement: Required equipment, components, and materials are sourced according to engineering specifications, with logistics ensuring efficient delivery to the site.
- Construction: Site preparation involves foundational civil works, followed by building the plant structure and installing all systems and equipment.
